What are the monthly prices?
Solo is $49 per month, Team is $99 per month, and Business is $149 per month. Enterprise businesses completing more than 1,500 appointments per month should contact OpenDog.
How long is the free trial?
The trial lasts 14 days. No card is requested and no payment is collected at signup.
When does paid billing begin?
Paid billing begins only after you activate it through your account. Creating the trial workspace does not start a paid subscription.
What counts toward monthly plan capacity?
Only completed grooming appointments in the business timezone calendar month count. Cancelled, no-show, declined, draft, and imported historical appointments do not count.
Are website tools included?
Yes. Every plan includes website tools and an OpenDog-hosted web address. Your business content is reviewed before the site is published.
Are OpenDog Payments included?
OpenDog supports invoices, balances, receipts, deposits, and OpenDog Payments after the required business and Stripe setup is complete.
What does the OpenDog Payments rate include?
Your plan shows one total rate for each successful standard U.S. online card payment: Solo is 3.9% + $1, Team is 3.5% + $1, and Business is 2.9% + $1. The rate includes Stripe's standard processing fee and OpenDog's payment-service fee. Additional Stripe costs for exceptional or optional services may be charged directly to your connected account at Stripe's then-current rates, without an added OpenDog markup.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move to the next plan as completed appointment volume grows. Vehicles and ordinary staff logins do not determine your plan.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid a future renewal charge. Charges already incurred remain subject to the purchase terms.
