Booking requests
Online booking requests that do not give away your calendar.

Request details
See what clients can send before you say yes.
The request form gathers the details you need to judge the dog, service, timing, and fit before an appointment is confirmed.
Let clients start the conversation cleanly.
A request page gives clients one clear place to share who they are, which dog needs care, what service they want, and when they hope to book. You get better details before another text thread starts.
- /features/website-booking-pages
Say yes only when the job fits.
A request is not a confirmed appointment. You can check the address, service area, dog needs, arrival window, and route fit before putting anything on the calendar.
- /features/scheduling-route-optimization
Spend less time chasing basics.
The form can collect contact details, dog name, breed or size, requested service, preferred timing, notes, phone, and text-message preferences. That gives you a calmer starting point for follow-up.
- /features/client-pet-records
Keep payment expectations clear.
OpenDog can keep invoices, balances, receipts, secure Stripe card payments, and deposits connected when payment setup is ready. A request by itself does not charge a client or create a deposit.

FAQ
Common questions from grooming businesses.
Can clients book directly?
No. Clients send requests. You confirm an appointment only after checking the route, service area, timing, availability, and dog details.
What does the request form collect?
It can collect contact details, phone number, dog name, breed or size, requested service, preferred timing, notes, and text-message preferences.
Will OpenDog place a request on my route automatically?
No. Requests wait for your review. The schedule changes only when you choose to create or confirm an appointment.
Can I use it with my OpenDog website or web address?
Yes. OpenDog can host a groomer website with request forms after review. We can help connect your web address before it goes live.
Can clients pay a deposit when they request?
A request does not charge the client. Deposits and secure card payments use Stripe after payment setup is ready, and saved-card charges require customer approval.
Are text messages live?
Email confirmations and reminders are live for appointments. SMS, texting, and on-my-way texts remain Coming Soon.
